EB-2 India: Held at 15JUL14. A priority date from July 2014 is still required — no movement this month. The India EB-2 backlog remains one of the deepest in the system, with estimated wait times measured in decades for new filers.
EB-3 India: Held at 15NOV13. Similarly stagnant. Both EB-2 and EB-3 India are essentially frozen for the near term.
